DRY LEAVES

Will we be swept away?

By the Wind at the Gateway

Like dry leaves of today

They were shades of yesterday

What a beauty to see!

Run rivers run to the open sea!

Dissolution of Rocks, Pebbles and Me

Only clear eyes can watch it painlessly

What should be accepted with clear Serenity?

Not only the matter of failure of the Sanity

Partial Loves, they are parting away

Total Love, is making the Headway

Must we wait so long for the Reunion

Ought we peel off all the skins of the Onion

No matter how old are the Old Boys

How much did they spend in Sincerety, how much in toys

Toying away these Grand Golden Lives

Like busy bees in waxy maxy Hives

Accumulate, Articulate, Ejaculate, lastly Evacuate!

They leave behind the pulps, the Fruits they never ate

The Apples of Serenity, are sweet to stay

The Grapes of Sincerety, never sour to decay

Only the dry leaves will be swept away

By God's wind at the Gateway
